We want you to be prepared to hit the great outdoors as a family and in our troop. As a troop there are two primary types of camping we do: Troop Camping and Backpacking. Below you will find a few list to help you pack for the overnight, weekend, or extended trips. Make sure to use good judgement in deciding what to pack as each trip may vary depending on the activity itself or the location and weather.
- TROOP CAMPING LIST: All-Troop Camping means we are camping in a state park or private property that has camping sites, with parking next to our site where we can utilize our troop trailer. These campouts usually mean we have place we can call our base camp in which we do a lot of communial activities.
- BACKPACKING LIST: Think of this list as in you have to carry everything. Through troop planning you can divy up items but you will need to make sure you have these basic needs.
